Our Kirby facility, located at Kirby and Hwy 59, was opened in late 2000 and is equipped with top of the line fitness equipment.  Our clients at this location enjoy our professional and non-intimidating environment.

We have a wide selection of Cardio equipment including: Treadmills, Elliptical, Stairmasters and Recumbent bikes.  Recently added to our collection is the Cybex Arc Trainer, one of the newest and most effective pieces of cardio training equipment.

Our weight training area consists of Cybex, Hammer Strength and Atlantis equipment, which include cable and plate loaded machines and free weights along with dumbbells and pre-selected barbells.
